Whistler Connection, the official ground transportation provider for MTS, provides reliable, guest-focused transportation between Vancouver and Whistler, tailored for FIT and group travel. With a fleet of vans, minibuses, and minicoaches, we offer shared and private transfers with direct-to-accommodation service, flexible scheduling, and flight monitoring. Our team ensures a smooth, timely experience for visitors year-round, making us a trusted partner in the Sea to Sky corridor.

Shared shuttle service is provided to and from the Vancouver International airport (YVR) and Whistler. The MTS discounted rate is $99 CAD one-way, plus 5% GST tax.

YVR to Whistler booking details:

  • Transfers are based on flight arrival times, not a set schedule. Whistler Connection’s guarantees that guests will wait no more than 90 minutes after check-in before departing the airport. Flights are monitored for delays and subject to flight cutoff times.

  • Plan for your flight to arrive no later than 22:00 (10:00 PM PT) to guarantee you reach Whistler the same day.

  • Guests are limited to two checked bags, one ski/snowboard bag and one carry-on bag person. Additional fees apply if exceeded.

  • The travel time to Whistler is approximately 2.5 hours.

  • In Whistler, the shuttle stops at most hotels including our lodging partners: The Westin, Hilton and Aava.

Whistler to YVR booking details:

  • Choose a Whistler departure time at least 5 hours prior to your flight time. Please plan your departing flight accordingly. 

  • It is recommended international travelers arrive at the airport at least three hours prior to your flight.

  • Pick up time for the shuttle will vary based on your hotel’s location. Please refer to your confirmation for exact pick-up time.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of when your trip was meant to take place are eligible for full refunds. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of when your trip was meant to take place are non-refundable.

Change Policy: Changes made to bookings by the Customer within 24 hours of the first date/time of travel in the booking shall be accommodated subject to the availability of required resources. Where changes involving additional service cannot be accommodated by Whistler Connection, the original booking will be unaffected.
